Installation
Cleaire products are installed through authorized dealers with Cleaire trained technicians. Many dealers can offer customers the flexibility of on-site installation or installation at the dealer's nearest service facility. As part of the installation process, dealers will perform equipment assessments to validate the installation configuration and select optional inlet and outlet end-cones for each unit.
Maintenance and De-Ashing
Diesel particulate filters require periodic maintenance to ensure optimal performance for both the filter system and the engine. Cleaire authorized dealers are well poised to provide the facilities, technical support and parts for maintenance procedures. Many Cleaire dealers can also offer an optional maintenance contract for de-ashing the filter substrate. This contract should always include the safe disposal of any hazardous materials collected during the de-ashing process.
Training
Cleaire works hard to ensure the operator is familiar with the maintenance procedure prior to system purchase. This ensures there are no surprises, and allows the operator to schedule maintenance in advance. Warranty Repairs
Every Cleaire system placed into service carries an "end-cone to end-cone" warranty*. Warranty service, parts and labor are provided by local Cleaire authorized and trained dealers, not an off-shore "800 number." Cleaire understands up-time and what it means to your business.
