PHOENIX® DPF
The Cleaire Phoenix active diesel particulate filter (DPF) is specifically designed to provide diesel particulate matter (PM) reduction for in-use diesel engines in challenging off-road applications and duty cycles including cold exhaust and older engines.
- CARB verification to Level 3+ (>85%) compliance for PM
- Eligible for local, state and federal funding programs
- Integrated diesel burner regeneration system
- The practical alternative to costly equipment replacement
- Industry leading advanced system monitoring, diagnostics and data retrieval
- Durable state-of-the-art stainless steel technology
This active regeneration system uses diesel fuel, combined with an integrated diesel burner element, to "cook off" the captured diesel particulate when the equipement is not operating.
Phoenix is managed by Cleaire's proprietary MLC® which monitors system parameters and controls the automatic regeneration process. The MLC also stores the monitored parameters in the memory for later retrieval and analysis.
Cleaire uses only the highest quality materials, including all stainless steel construction and a robust silicon carbide diesel filter for enhanced durability. Additionally, numerous inlet/outlet end cone configurations are available for installation ease.
Phoenix's modular design facilitates service and de-ashing of the diesel particulate filter. The reusable metal seal and band clamp design provide quick turn around for maximum up time.
The Cleaire Phoenix balances the need for cleaner air with the demanding requirements of real-world off-road diesel applications and the need to maximize the economic life cycle of your equipment while avoiding costly replacement.
