Cleaire is focused on designing, developing and manufacturing retrofit emission control systems for today’s existing diesel engines. Our systems provide maximum emission reductions for a wide range of diesel applications, both on-road and off-road.

Cleaire’s retrofit technology replaces the muffler in the exhaust system of diesel powered equipment, where it operates much like a catalytic converter in an automobile. Cleaire systems can be easily applied to existing equipment, allowing operators to economically comply with increasing regulations and recapture the original anticipated equipment lifecycle while avoiding costly replacement.

The diesel engine has become a much-maligned icon. But it doesn’t have to be that way. Cleaire products and services balance the need for cleaner air with the demanding requirements of real-world diesel operations. Utilizing Cleaire's innovative technology, the clean-up is so substantial that you’ll be amazed to see a shiny exhaust pipe and no visible smoke.

There are many emission reduction devices and performance promises out there. Fortunately, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) have instituted rigorous programs to “verify” the emissions performance of various systems before they enter the marketplace. Each Cleaire system has been CARB and/or EPA verified. We wouldn’t have it any other way.

Cleaire’s proprietary product design and construction were developed in collaboration with real-world diesel technicians, owners, and operators. The results are systems that are highly effective and service friendly in the field. Our engineers have also developed state of the art service tools and processes to maintain over-all system performance throughout the life of our products.
